Elliott began his recruitment career in 2004, holding Director level roles and senior management positions for global listed businesses as well as a market leading boutique recruitment organisations.
Throughout his career Elliott has recruited into the HR Systems, Transformation and senior appointment space building high performing teams for innovative start ups through to global blue chip businesses. Elliott has an enviable network in the HR transformation world that he is always looking to add to and is a regular contributor to industry blogs & events. Elliott is a proud Father, long suffering Colchester United fan, and quite possibly the worst golfer in England. |
Lauren Scott: Consultant

Lauren is habeō’s first hire, adding a wealth of HR and in-house recruitment knowledge to the team. Lauren joins us with 7 years worth of experience across the manufacturing and retail industry where she was a CIPD level 5 HR Advisor turned internal recruiter, and and has a great track record delivering on complex search assignments at mid/senior level.
Lauren loves the people-focus aspect of recruitment, and prides herself on her quality of service to both clients and candidates alike. In her spare time, Lauren enjoys travelling and exploring new cities, reaching new personal bests in the gym, and is an avid fan of a bottomless brunch!!! Having walked in the shoes of HR professionals, Lauren understands the challenges in the roles you may need her support on. |
Steph Wellman: Senior Consultant

Steph has a proven track record of success in recruitment and is known for being conscientious, a great communicator and quick to truly understand the needs of her candidates and clients.
Having also spent four years in a customer success role at a FTSE 100 tech company, Steph has a wealth of client facing experience, spending every day on-site with clients, providing training and support, building relationships and ensuring that customer's needs were always met. Steph is stepping back into recruitment after a career break raising her two children. Two years as a stay at home mum has given her valuable experience in managing stress, excelling on little sleep, multi-tasking, meeting the needs of two extremely demanding clients and learning the value in being over-prepared. In her free time, Steph has a lifelong obsession with the cinema and is always in the middle of a DIY project, such as wallpapering, redecorating or up-cycling furniture. |
